  warning stay away from this group of people DO NOT RENT FROM A&B PROPERTY MANAGEMENT YOU WILL BE SORRY! THEY NEED TO CARE ABOUT PEOPLE BUT THEY DONT. Connie is horrible they are by far the worst property management people as foul as the dead man that was roting for 3 weeks in the unit next door to my sons unit. They made 2 adults and 1 child homeless! Connie Asked my son to go back and live in a house that smelled of a dead man Connie also stole his money. Connie WHEN YOU reimburse YOUR TENANTS THE REVIEW YOU EARNED WILL COME DOWN you cannot put people on the street then steel money. Your a horrible person and you lie when you are people of your word I will take down your bad reviews.. but just know if you are not responsible to keep a habitual home for your tenenats and you steel there money. You deserve everything you get..
  
  i paid my rent and on thanksgiving i had to leave that night due to a rotting dead man that had shot and killed himself.. he had been rotting there for 3 weeks his flesh was stuck to the coach where they left his rotting body. they knew this man was unstable and very mean
  
  they would not come out to see what the problem was, the decaying rotting body was comming thru the heater ducting and smelt bad i told them they did nothing. it gave me a fungus on my head and the doctors told me i would have it my whole life.
  
  my son was homeless as of thanksgiving they told me to go to a hotel, on thanksgiving they would pay for it.
  
  1. after telling me to go to a hotel 5 days later now they are not paying
  2. he got a fungas for the rest of his life and they do not want to clean the nasty units
  3. they never called him back and he was left out of my home.
  4. they have cost me a ton of money and my son
  5. no one is ever resposible with in the property manangement company and they never call back.
  6. they will not give the name of the owners insurance company to me.
  7. they are going to have one hell of a law suite
  8. they asked him could he go back and stay will the dead guy smell
  9. Brain tried to do the right thing by telling tenants to go stay in a hotel and they would cover costs but Connie would not pay for hotel after 6 day stay and then end up being home less... the owner offered up bare minimal for tenants being put out of home. But Connie took there money and would not refund because of the bad reviews she worked real hard for.. they should fire this lady she is a creep.. Stay away from A&B do not rent from these people
  
  stay away from the slumb propery manangement people they are unrealistic and make for horrible horrible management peoople they are out for themselfs only.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away they are not even nice people at all. They take horrible care of the property and people. only out for money... Lets see how much this will cost them. Connie they should get rid of you
