    I generally don't post reviews but their behavior today made me to do so.
    So my regular shop was closed today and looking at the reviews of this place, I thought of giving it a try. I told them 2 on side and showed them a pic of my last haircut,She was normal first but when i asked her to go a little shorter, she suddenly turned rude stating u have long hair and u will need gel if u go for spikes. ( Thanks Einstein)
    Also the girl next to her (yellow top), she was making faces and keep mumbling under her breath " more short, more short".
    Not sure if something changed but last time i checked it was not OK to make fun of your customers.(That too in english which we do understand)
    Somehow got my haircut , gave them 30% tip and rushed out of this place. Just few advices for them-
    "Have some etiquettes, it cost nothing."
    Also, if you are getting a new customer , have some patience. A good impression goes a long way.
    At last, please change your shop name from " Pleasanton barber shop" if u can't change ur attitude- ur behavior doesn't represent "Pleasanton" barbers.
    They are respected people and we love them.

    Amazing place! I've found my go to barber shop. Been here a couple times and they never fail to give me a great haircut. Prices are super reasonable ($10 for mens haircuts). The staff takes their time to get exactly what you want and they're very friendly.
